Whether you're a first-time gun buyer or a firearm enthusiast, 805 Tactical aims to be a trusted resource for anything you need to know regarding firearms. This includes information on California firearm laws, firearm safety cards, and anything regarding the rules and regulations of gun purchasing.
To purchase a firearm, prepare to bring the following:
Valid California Driver's License or Identification Card
Must not be expired and must have current address.
-If your ID says "Federal Limits Apply," you must also bring in a valid passport or U.S. birth certificate.
-If you are not a U.S. citizen, please bring a valid green card.
Firearm Safety Card
Must not be expired and must be signed by you and the instructor.
-Certain restrictions do apply, such as a valid hunting permit, certified instructor card, active law enforcement, or active or honorably retired military.
Secondary Proof of Residency (For Handgun Purchases Only)
This can include your current vehicle registration, utility bill, or residential lease or rental agreement.
